Paul Krumrich
Paul received a Degree in Mechanical engineering from the University of Minnesota, and spent his first few years out of college as a design engineer at a biomechanical testing facility. His background in engineering and lifelong love of creating things has given him the unique ability to understand the art and the science of designing aesthetically and acoustically pleasing environments. He is very intrigued by the hi-end portion of home technology, specifically home theater and stereo systems. Paul loves music and movies, and has become a more “trained” listener over the years; his favorite moments at work are when a customer hears a song they have heard 1000 times for the first time (come to our showroom and hear for yourself.) Paul’s goal is to have a company that is well respected for their great value, their ethics, and their ability to deliver a superior experience to their customers.

 Shane Seira
Shane grew up working with technology during to the advent of the first usable personal computer—the Macintosh. Working with computers and electronics had always been a hobby of Shane’s, but it soon turned into his career. In 1995, he attended Minnesota Riverland Technical College in Austin, MN and graduated with a two year Electronics Technology diploma. Shane then went on to North Dakota State University and received his bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems with minors in Business Administration and Computer Science. He has also received certifications from the following organizations: AMX, Control4, GE Security and CEDIA.
Shane worked for a few different technology firms and in 2003 started his own low-voltage wiring company. Shane started working with SED in 2005, helping with the design and install of multiple commercial jobs, and merged with SED in May of ’06. Although he has the official title of President with the company, his job includes anything from pulling cables, to system design, to management. Shane also currently volunteers his time to the Builders Outreach Foundation as the Chair of Project Development; they help to provide new, affordable housing to families who otherwise would not be able to buy a home.
Shane’s goal with every customer is to provide the best possible solution, the highest quality work, and the best experience with technology in their home or business.

 Krista North
Krista earned a Bachelor of Fine Art Degree from the University of Minnesota, with a focus in painting. After graduating she spent five years working at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design in the Continuing Studies Department, planning and administrating art classes for the public. She came to SED in 2004, and has been handling the logistics of the business at SED. With no technology background, it’s been a long learning process…but her design background has come in handy choosing paint colors, fabrics and furniture for some of SED’s custom environments.

 Tony Petrangelo
Tony Petrangelo was born in Minnesota in 1979 and has been alive ever since. A/V is in his blood, literally, it was an experimental operation many years ago. His grandfather, Floyd Bohn, installed the first television in the state of Minnesota, and it’s from Floyd that Tony learned how to watch Twins games with the volume all the way up; his ears are still ringing from 1991.
Tony began working with Audio/Visual systems professionally seven years ago while living in Los Angeles. For three and a half years he set up large video displays for concerts and other outdoor events as well as trade shows and conferences. In 2003 he moved back to Minnesota and started working for S.E.D. The rest, as they say, is history.

 Natalie Miller
As one of the newest members of SED, Natalie was hired on as the in-house Graphic Designer and Marketing/Advertising assistant. Natalie doesn’t claim to be a home technology expert, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t have opinions, especially on the design aspects of integrating technology with real living situations. Natalie can offer advice and opinions in layman’s terms, from one average Joe to another, and hopefully have a sense of humor along the way.
